SUPPORT THE GIRLS
When it comes to sports, a woman’s body goes through a lot. Battered and bruised, they feel the same ache and pain as men. However, 70% of women do not wear the correct fitting sports bra, and this means that any damage and strain can last a lifetime.
Nike understands what the body goes through when playing sports. Performance should be at its very best and there’s no better brand to be back by. We want to showcase that with a new tech campaign for all types of women.
In the lead-up to the 2023 Women's World Cup, the Lionesses will play a friendly with a limited edition mesh shirt. This will allow people ot see the Nike sports bras doing their job and why it is so important to have a supportive structure when being active.
Following the launch of the new kit, visitors to NikeTown will be able to wear The Fitting Bra, an engineered sports bra equipped with motion capture technology. Whilst they wear it, the technology involved will detect a women’s unique size and movement to create the perfectly fitted sports bra.
Data collected from The Ultimate Support Experience goes directly to the Nike app where women can customise their new and unique sports bra.
In the lead up to the Women’s World Cup 2023, Nike will launch a limited run of sport bras with football club designs that are available to buy online and in-store.
